commission officer requirement, your height should be 5.4 (163cm).
Qualification:
The
candidate needs to hold FSc with at least 60% marks.
Age limit:
The range for the intermediated and lower age ranges is
relaxed by three months. The age range for the two years graduated programmers
is 17 to 23. The age requirement is 17 to 24 years old for graduation from a
4-years degree like BS/BA Hons or BBA. Intermediated students must be receiving
at least a 60% yearly score on the HSSC Exams. Students who completed both in
two years and four-year programs with an annual report grade of 60 percent or
higher are qualified for the position.

Intelligence test:
This
test tests, your decision-making skills, and your IQ level. The most important
thing in any force is the ability to take good decisions.

Aptitude test:
This

for running in which you have to cover a distance of one and a half miles.
The Candidate will be put
through psychological and outdoor tests to determine whether they are qualified
for commission in the Army Navy and Pakistan Air Force. The intelligence test,
the mechanical aptitude exams, and the personality test are a few of the
subtests that are part of psychological tests. On the day after training,
candidates who do not pass the intelligence exam will be permitted to return
home. To evaluate a candidate’s mechanical aptitude, a mechanical aptitude exam
is administered, and projective personality group exercises that involve
individual obstacles as well as group discussions, group planning, group tasks,
and command tasks.

What is ISSB?
ISSB stands for (INTER SERVICE SELECTION
BOARD)
After clearing initial tests, you are sent to
this board and this board is headed by a lieutenant colonel.
The ISSB test applicants will probably take place
in four separate Cities, Kohat, Malir, Gujranwala, and Quetta. The candidates
are authorized in the cities indicted by their call letters, and upon selection
or rejection, they are likely to immediately return home.
Result of ISSB Tests:
The result of the ISSB tests is written in a
letter and sent by mail to the candidate’s home address. Within a week, or
seven days, the candidates receive this letter. The participants must have
patience if they want to succeed in the future. The participants that put forth
the most effort and manage each assignment in ISSB are typically chosen for
officer commission.
What is meant by recommended and
non-recommended letters?
A letter with the words “Recommended” and “Non-recommended” is to be given to the candidate after the officer commission test for the Pakistani Army Forces. The candidate’s eligibility to attend the training session and enlist is shown by the recommendation letter. A non-Recommended Letter denotes that a candidate has been turned down and is not qualified to participate in the recruitment training for the armed forces. They probably show up again and set a test date for the following year.
